As the Marketing & E-Retail Intern, your key mission is to support both the Marketing and E-Business team to grow and develop Acqua Di Parma in the UK market.

You will support in developing consumer centric activation plans for the launch of our new products and communication both in-store & online.

You will thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment and enjoy interacting with many different departments in the company, giving you a great understanding of how the UK subsidiary works.

Main responsibilities

  • Manage administrative tasks for marketing team such as couriers and development of local marketing tools (brochures, invites…)
  • Support trade marketing manager in the implementation of trade plans for major retailers, in particular pop-up sites and customer events in store or online (gifting, set-up of the room/space, catering…)
  • In charge of all the in-store and digital POSM related management, including supporting with forecasting, budgeting, stock-management & deliveries
  • Assisting with CRM related topics (e-mail send out, clienteling campaigns, SalesForce reporting)
  • Responsible for coordinating product launches across all e-retailers to drive online sales
  • Ensure that e-retail websites are always up to date, with the correct content, creative banners, assets, and copy that comply with Acqua di Parma brand guidelines whilst monitoring out of stocks weekly and flagging them with the sales team
  • Preform daily site walks across all e-retailers to check for promotional activity and marketing activity and highlight this within weekly reports
  • Manage and update in-store & online trade plan; reporting regularly trade performance to provide sales and animations analysis to identify new opportunities
  • Working closely with HQ team where relevant
  • Support in the organisation of team conferences and training sessions
  • Set-up external meetings such as strategy meetings with retailers (catering, decoration, gifting…)
  • Lead your own projects such as event organisation and retail activation projects
  • PO and Budget management for the marketing departments

About you

Key Competencies/Technical Skills

  • Passionate about the beauty/luxury sector with an interest to develop your understanding of all the moving parts of a growing business
  • Naturally proactive and able to execute tasks from start to finish independently
  • Able to properly prioritise all tasks across departments with great time-management skills
  • Able to work within a busy and dynamic team
  • Strong analytical mindset, able to work with large volumes of data
  • Strong attention to details and able to complete tasks/projects within deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, SAP etc.

Profile

  • Graduate or business/finance/marketing student on a placement
  • Understanding of the UK consumer and market
  • Fluent in English
  • Previous internship/work experience preferred
