We are currently seeking a Facilities Intern to complete a 6 months internship based in our Head Office in London. The intern will report to the UK & Ireland Facilities Manager, supporting him in maintaining the brand image and the well-being of every person visiting or working in a Christian Dior location in the UK and Ireland.

Job responsibilities

Reporting to the UK & Ireland Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Communicating and forming positive relationships with suppliers.
  • Regular floor walks to inspect general conditions of Boutiques/Concessions.
  • Supporting Boutique Operations initiatives / projects on an as needed basis.
  • Raising POs and checking completion of works.
  • Managing the Facilities Finance Tracker.
  • Booking works.
  • Monitoring the planned maintenance schedule – ensuring correct records are kept.
  • Support with Staff Phones.
  • Reviewing uniform orders and following up with store contacts.
  • Monitoring the storage of non-stock items in our UK Warehouse.

Must be available for at least 6 months and be able to work full time (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday with the flexibility to work weekends and nights when needed.
