We're based in the docks of Leith in Edinburgh where we make ads, websites, social media campaigns, strategies and even the occasional bottle of gin. If you’ve been to Leith recently, you’d think it’s the perfect place for an agency. It’s quirky and brimming with artisan flat whites. But Leith wasn’t always the obvious choice. When we opened our doors, it wasn’t another Soho or a Madison Avenue. But it was down-to-earth and real. Just like our ideas and the people in our agency who bring them to life.

Leith is part Lumanity, a global 1,200 strong consultancy group that delivers its services from an office network in the UK, Europe, USA, and Asia.

Responsibilities / position overview

The agency is full of people who are creative – whether it’s copywriters, art directors, designers, strategists or client service folks (the people who manage our clients) - managing their time and workload efficiently is critical. You’ll help to schedule their work and their time, making sure the multiple briefs that come into the agency get done. To do this, you’ll work closely with the Client Services Department and our Creative Directors.
