Day-to-day you may be
- Managing the day to day admin of the E-learning websites sites including registration, new account uploads, mailbox management – aiming for a 24 hour response rate.
- Managing the fulfilment process of the E-learning Rewards programmes with our external stakeholders.
- Support the team with E-learning reports, providing ad hoc reports and monthly performance insights for the websites.
- Support with new content uploads to LMS and creation of artwork such as banners, thumbnails, social posts.
- Support the sales teams & customers with day-to-day queries
- Place NCO’s for Academy and other education initiatives.
- Support with organization and setup of training webinars/events/Academies. Manage bookings and communication to customers
- Work closely with Education Managers to assist in the creation of advocacy projects to drive brand loyalty.
- Work closely with Education Managers to provide engaging product and brand content for our social accounts.
