What you’ll learn on the Human Resources Graduate Scheme

On this scheme, you’ll develop a broad range of HR expertise, gain experience across different subject areas, and get all the support you need to help you work towards a professional qualification and develop your career.

As part of your induction, you’ll join a bootcamp in all things People and Places. After this, you’ll rotate through a variety of teams – either specialist centres of expertise like Talent, Recruitment, Learning and Reward, or generalist teams that work directly with the business.

Not only will this give you a complete view of our function but also a solid foundation as a multi-skilled HR professional. From people policies to interpreting data, designing learning curriculums to understanding what makes our culture work, you’ll learn the many and varied ways we help our teams be at their best and discover the kind of career path you could develop into.
