Occupational psychology
To help our people perform at their best, we need to understand the way they behave. That’s where our Occupational Psychologists come in. Through this programme, you’ll apply psychological theories, knowledge and practice to enhance our people proposition, supercharge the way we work and interact with each other, and create an environment where everybody thrives.
What you’ll learn
Following a two-week bootcamp giving you an overview of our People and Places function, you’ll rotate through three different P&P teams which could be: Executive Talent and Assessment, People Partnering, and Culture and Leadership
What you could be doing
- Leading the development of a product, from early design to implementation
- Using your specialist knowledge to challenge thinking and provide fresh insight
- Working with forward-thinking suppliers to scope exciting new people solutions
- Researching our market to uncover new suppliers, products and trends
- Supporting and inspiring colleagues to unlock their full potential.

Locations
Our Occupational Psychology programme can be based at either our Bristol or Leeds hubs. You’ll have the opportunity to confirm your preference throughout the recruitment process and you can tell us if you’re willing to consider being based at another hub at this time.
