Help us get the economy back on track

Our mission is Helping Britain Prosper, as we look after the financial needs of UK-based businesses across the nation and around the world, acting as a leading debt provider and strong transactional partner. As the country continues its economic recovery, our work has really been thrown into the spotlight. We help UK-based FTSE 100 companies and global financial institutions with a strong UK connection to invest locally and trade globally. We help clients to better manage their risks, become more sustainable, and design industry-leading products and services, such as debt capital and rates solutions to meet their changing needs.

Right now, we're looking for even more talented people to join the team and help us prepare for whatever the future brings. And the good news is, you don't need a banking or finance-related degree. Your first three placements will enable you to gain experience in client facing, product specialist and risk roles, followed by the opportunity to choose your specialism in a range of relationship, market or product roles during your final rotation. Once you’ve completed the scheme, you’ll have the platform to take your Lloyd’s Banking Group career in a variety of directions.

You’ll receive a range of training throughout the scheme, including an invitation to an intensive training programme before you begin. This will give you the foundations you need to succeed, allow you to meet fellow graduates and mentors, and get you off to a strong start.

Throughout the scheme, you’ll see how we’re building digital innovation and sustainability into everything we do. You'll work towards a professional qualification.
