Spring Insight
Our Spring Insight programme will be held in the Spring of 2025 and is only open to students who are either currently in their first year of a three-year degree or second year of a four-year degree, graduating in 2027

Our Spring Insight Programme spans over 3-days and will give you a well-rounded overview of the Financial Advisory business at Lazard: its history, culture, and people.
You’ll take part in:
· skills workshops run by industry M&A sector and product teams
· spend one-on-one time with an Analyst, learning more about the work they do
· a technical training workshop; and
· a group project to embed your learning over the 3 days
