This is a Hybrid Role, we come together to work in our office in North London Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursday and work from home Mondays and Fridays.
The role
You will perform a key business support role and be part of the dynamic and pro-active Supply Chain team which includes Customer Operations and MDM. This role is hybrid working - 3 days office based and 2 working from home.
As an MDM Executive you will assist in the upload and validation of the required product data into the SAP system in an accurate and timely manner; you will work cross functionally and be the link between Lacoste Product and Development, Planning & Analysis, Supply Chain, and Customer Operations teams as well as, Pentland Asia, and Lacoste.
- Assist in the data extract from Product PLM system, validating and loading into SAP ( two main seasonal loads per year) to a tight deadline.
- Liaise with Product Line Management, Development, Planning and Analysis teams to ensure the data is entered both accurately and on time.
- Loading SMU on a monthly basis and any QSP styles for specified Buys to meet the required deadlines.
- Input of pricing and costing maintenance within given CP deadlines.
- Maintain customer price lists within SAP.
- Maintaining commodity classifications, vendor changes and long lead time/large sizes.
- Attend and participate in weekly cross functional meetings.
- Track and manage changes to data. Maintaining SAP and communicating to the business where necessary.
- Become conversant with the data requirements, links and dependencies of SAP and validate the quality of data input / change requests submitted by the business.
- Maintain and improve processes to support data quality.
- Perform monthly audit checks to ensure data accuracy and completion for buys.
- Releasing and closing seasons.
Skills
- A keen interest in data and recognition of its importance in the business place.
- A desire to learn and develop master data management skills in SAP HANA
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent/good excel skills.
- Self-motivated and be able to manage multiple deadlines.
- Good time management skills and be able to plan and prioritise workload.
