Global Internship Program

As a Labcorp intern, you will have the opportunity to support meaningful assignments that compliment an education in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, Finance, Marketing, Communications, Business and Sales - and are Inspiring and valuable in our mission to improve health and improve lives across the globe. In addition to department work, we support your professional development and career exploration through program workshops, leadership speakers, employee resource group introductions, new hire panel discussions and small group “coffee chats”.

About the Team

  • The Development and Reproductive Toxicology (DART) Study Direction department provides a range of services for clients focused on the conduct, interpretation, analysis, documentation, and reporting of results for in-vivo DART studies to support Regulatory submissions.
  • Studies conducted under strict adherence to SOPs, GLPs, and regulatory agency guidelines.
  • Collaborate globally both internally and externally within industry to continue to develop Labcorp DART scientific presence

Internship Assignment Summary:

  • Quickly develop knowledge and understanding of the conduct of in-vivo DART studies through training
  • Assist, and often proactively lead, global collaboration within Labcorp to develop Scientific content in the form of publications, posters and information to assist in the enhancement Labcorp DART presence within industry
  • Attend training sessions, professional development workshops, and industry conferences where applicable, to assist in the enhancement of Labcorp DART presence within industry
  • Support DART study Directors in the conduct of regulatory DART studies
  • Support scientific writing and reporting of DART studies

Education/Qualifications/Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific subject
  • Extremely proactive, ability to manage own work and timelines for delivery
  • Has experience delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional setting
  • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues
  • Embraces diverse ways of thinking through various forms collaboration and partnership
