KPMG Black Heritage Talent Insight Programmes
Aimed primarily at students of Black heritage, these paid, 3-day programmes (16th – 18th April 2024 inclusive) give you the opportunity to develop your professional network, immerse yourself into life at KPMG, and see how you could make a meaningful difference in a career with us - for businesses, people, communities and the planet.
We offer a range of opportunities across Audit, Consulting, Deal Advisory, Tax and Technology & Engineering. Whichever programme you choose, you’ll have the chance to meet inspirational people from our diverse KPMG community, build your skills and explore the breadth of career opportunities we offer.
Whilst on the programme, you’ll also have the opportunity to take an assessment, and if successful, you could secure a position on one of our autumn 2024 graduate programmes or a summer 2025 vacation programme, depending on your graduation year.

Our Black Heritage Talent Insight Programmes are open to students who are due to graduate in 2024 or 2026, as well as those who have graduated already.
