We are seeking a placement student in their 2nd year of a RICS accredited degree to join us for their placement year to work alongside a dynamic team within the Glasgow office of Knight Frank, a multi-award-winning surveying firm in the city centre.
The role
Based in Glasgow, the role will primarily be within the Commercial Valuation department. The successful candidates will be assisting with valuation work for a-number-of purposes including loan security, accounts, as well as regular fund work. The Commercial Valuation team operate throughout the region and the successful candidates will have exposure to the various markets within the region.
We require a self-motivator, someone organised who can manage their own time effectively and efficiently as the role involves a lot of autonomy in their day-to-day activities.
This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to get stuck in to working alongside the team while being able to use the experience towards their Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).
About you
- You will be studying a RICS accredited degree.
- The ideal candidates should possess good analytical and report writing skills. Attention to detail and accuracy are vital parts of the role and we will be assessing this in the applications and interview process.

Eligibility criteria
- In your penultimate year of a RICS accredited degree, predicted 2:1 or above.
- A minimum C/4 and above in GCSE Maths & English Language
- 1 A-levels/equivalent e.g. Scottish Higher, International Baccalaureate
- The successful candidate must, by the commencement of employment, have the unrestricted right to work in the UK
