About the role

Our 4-week internship is based in Baker Street, London our Global Headquarters and will give you exposure, experience, training and support so that, whatever skills and perspectives you bring, you’ll build on your potential. It runs during the month of JULY.

Our structured 4-week internship includes networking opportunities, department presentations and real work for real clients. You’ll be paired with a team for the duration of your internship in either the commercial or the residential side of the business, and they’ll support you at every stage to gain practical experience. Hear from senior leadership and grow your network across the business with regular socials, and get industry leading training to support your development.

There is a FastTrack assessment centre at the end of the scheme, where successful candidates will be offered a place on our graduate scheme commencing September 2025. Pre-existing knowledge of real estate isn’t essential because we’ll equip you with all the tools for success.

  • You are required to be in your penultimate year of study with a desire to join the Graduate scheme commencing September 2026
  • A fascination with property, keeping up to date with the real estate market and current developments

About you

With a passion for property, and the ambition to become an expert in the property sector, you’ll be working towards a 2.1 degree in any subject. A RICS accredited degree would be a bonus, but if your course wasn’t RICS accredited, no worries.

More than anything, you’ll be a true team player ready to dedicate yourself to the role. This is a fantastic opportunity to prepare yourself for a career right at the heart of the property industry.

Eligibility criteria

  • A minimum C/4 and above in GCSE Maths & English Language
  • 1 A-levels/equivalent e.g. Scottish Higher, International Baccalaureate
  • In your penultimate year of a degree in any subject, predicted 2:1 or above
  • The successful candidate must, by the commencement of employment, have the unrestricted right to work in the UK
