As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor will assist in managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience, receive mentorship from experienced professionals, and develop a strong foundation in quantity surveying.
Your day to day will include
- Assisting in preparing and managing project budgets, cost plans, and cost estimates
- Supporting in the measurement and valuation of work done on-site.
- Helping prepare and submit tenders and contract documents.
- Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure work is being carried out to specifications.

What are we looking for?
We're looking for people due to graduate in 2025, or have recently graduated within the past three years, with a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field.
The role of Graduate Quantity Surveyor is great for you if:

- Hold a Full UK Drivers Licence.
