Our Manufacturing Operations Program

With over 150 locations globally, we consistently deliver top-quality products to our customers, maintaining the highest standards. At Kerry, we are committed to establishing world-class manufacturing facilities worldwide, equipped with a comprehensive range of processing capabilities.

Our 2-Year Rotational Graduate Program is designed to cultivate future leaders with a deep understanding of cross-enterprise operations. This is your chance to:

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of end-to-end manufacturing processes and technologies.
  • Acquire best practices in people management, project management, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop leadership skills to tackle real-world challenges and make a significant impact.

You will be paired with a mentor who will support and guide you throughout the program. Additionally, you’ll have invaluable opportunities to learn from our cross-functional subject matter experts within the business.

Previous Manufacturing operations graduates have advanced into roles such as Plant Management, Project Management, Continuous Improvement, Regional & Global Management. 

What you could be doing

You will have a fantastic opportunity to learn from our manufacturing experts within the business and get the experience of working cross functionally, which will build your cross-enterprise knowledge of the business.

You will learn about the Kerry business drivers, measures, and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), its process capability, products, and customers. You will also

  • Support the Site Strategic Agenda – bringing it to life on a day-to-day basis within your role.
  • Ensure the successful implementation and embedding of the Kerry Manufacturing Standard.
  • Learn how to become an empowered people leader
  • Work on projects from capital investment to process improvement initiatives ensuring that best practice project management principles are followed.
  • Facilitate and support management teams involved in major transformational projects.
  • Understand the role manufacturing must play in contributing to our overall Sustainability agenda.
  • Most importantly, continually learn, have fun, and make some life-long friends working within Kerry!

Do you have what it takes?

  • You’re currently pursuing or have recently graduated with a degree in Business related subject ideally including leadership.
  • You’re ambitious, curious and can’t wait to put your talents into action.
  • You’re open minded, agile, and willing to embrace opportunities.
  • You’re a recent or a soon-to-be graduate.
  • You’re fluent in English and ideally another language.
  • You’re eligible to permanently work in the location you’re applying to*
  • You’re open to travelling and relocating.

Kerry Graduates must have permanent Right to Work in Europe or UK (for UK based roles) and be willing to relocate to other European countries during the program.
