Kelly Group are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior HR Content Creator to join our Human Resources team.

The role

In this role, you will support the development of engaging and informative HR-related content for internal communication, employee training, onboarding, and talent acquisition. As a Junior HR Content Creator, you will assist in producing materials that reflect our company culture, values, and HR programs, contributing to a positive employee experience and effective organisational communication.

Responsibilities

  • Content Development: Assist in creating HR-related content, including onboarding materials, policy documents, training guides, employee handbooks, job descriptions, internal newsletters, and other communication materials.
  • Internal Communication: Develop engaging content for internal communication channels (e.g., intranet, employee emails, internal social platforms) to foster engagement and keep employees informed about HR programs and company updates.
  • Training Materials: Help design and develop training materials such as presentations, e-learning modules, and workshop handouts for various HR initiatives, including employee development, compliance training, and performance management.
  • Content Review & Editing: Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in line with the company's tone and HR policies.
  • Collaboration with HR Team: Work closely with HR professionals, including HR managers, recruiters, and learning & development specialists, to ensure content meets the needs of various HR initiatives.
  • Content Management: Assist in organizing and maintaining content libraries for easy access by HR team members and employees.

Key skills, knowledge and experience

  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Basic knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, training, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Suite.
  • Ability to create visually appealing content using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Creative thinking with a passion for storytelling and delivering engaging content.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new HR technologies and trends.
