Our 2-year rotational program is designed to develop the next generation of HR leaders through rotational experiences across the function and offers extensive engagement and learning opportunities.

What You'll Gain:

  • Skill Development: You’ll gain a deep understanding of various HR functions and develop expertise in specific areas, such as analytical skills, tools and software
  • Networking: Expand your professional network and gain insights from senior leaders.
  • Diverse Experience: 3 x 8 month rotations, working in different teams across the HR function.
  • Mentorship: Receive guidance and support from a peer and senior mentor.

Program Highlights:

  • Hands-On Experience: Develop your knowledge in teams across the HR function, which could include Compensation, Employee Engagement, Workforce Analytics and Talent Development amongst many others.
  • Comprehensive Training:  Dedicated mangers committed to your professional development alongside firmwide resources where you can gain the skills of the future to set you up for success.
  • Leadership Access: Interact with senior leaders and gain a broad understanding of the firm.
  • Career Path: Upon completion, work with the program team to find a roll-off role.

Your Impact:

  • Contribute to projects and develop your ability to make data-driven decisions and provide valuation recommendations.
  • Collaborate on the development of strategic HR initiatives.

About You: 

  • We seek highly motivated individuals passionate about a career within Human Resources with curiosity and eagerness to learn.
  • An expected graduation from January to July 2025

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to thrive in ever changing environments
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • A strong team player who is proactive, responsive, and can thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment 
  • Aptitude to digest large amounts of information while using it to develop innovative solutions with strong attention to detail 
  • A desire to participate in a rotational program across all lines of business
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Enthusiasm for financial services
  • Demonstrated leadership in a school or community organization
  • A desire to work in the location to which you are applying
