The Software Engineer Immersion Programme exposes participants to ten weeks of our world renowned training and then places interns on a dynamic team that engineers large-scale, complex and resilient technology solutions that drive our global business. Over the course of the programme interns will help build and optimize digital applications and systems that support millions of customers, clients and employees worldwide.

This 10-week Software Engineer Immersion Programme is designed to open the door to an accelerated career in technology for students by providing the technical skills and business acumen required to succeed in a large, complex corporate environment. This programme will offer hands-on experience, one-on-one mentoring, access to senior business leaders and the opportunity to meet colleagues and peers to build a professional network.
Software Engineers are responsible for developing innovative solutions that power our clients’ businesses and customers’ lives. Interns join a team of technologists dedicated to improving the design, analytics, development, coding, testing and application programming that goes into creating high-quality software and new products. Best of all, participants will be working with and sharing ideas, information and innovation with our global team of technologists from all over the world.

About you
We're looking for high potential and highly motivated purpose-driven individuals who have demonstrated a resiliency in their work, academic life and within extracurricular activities. The ideal candidate is capable of operating in an ambiguous environment and meets adversity with creative solutions as well as increased effort. We prefer candidates with no prior direct experience for whom this programme represents an incredible opportunity to develop technically, and, potentially to leverage their training to return the following summer for our regular internship programme and in some cases, return full-time upon graduation.
Key Skills Include:
- A well-rounded academic background is important — being on track for a 2:1 Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in your undergraduate degree is preferred.; you should be available to start on the Full-time Graduate Programme in September 2023
- Computer Science and/or Engineering degree subjects are preferred, while other degree subjects may be considered
- Foundational knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Javascript, Java, C++, C#), databases, data structures, and algorithms
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment
