Across MM and JNB we have over 2,600 employees working together across the UK.

Our placements last for 12 months, working across both design and construction teams, to offer the broadest exposure to the industry, working on real-world projects that make a difference in communities. It’s a great chance to get involved with live projects while gaining experience relevant to your degree.

What you’ll be doing

  • Deliver process engineering design, including process calculations, mass balance, process flow diagrams and input to control philosophies.
  • Develop efficient and sustainable engineering solutions, meeting the requirements of the project scope.
  • Proactively engage with the supply chain and produce technical specifications for procuring proprietary process equipment.

What we’re looking for

  • You must be studying a full-time undergraduate degree in Process Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
