We need the most talented designers to define how our machines look and how our customers interact with them. You’ll be part of a passionate team working together to create brilliant customer experiences.
We’ll provide knowledge and real work experience to maximise your potential with the opportunity to influence and inform future product direction.
You’ll complete your scheme as part of our busy in-house User Interface Design team producing user interface solutions for machines and overseeing designs to production in conjunction with other engineering colleagues.
Minimum entry criteria
You need to be near to, or have completed, an appropriate Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Automotive / Industrial / Product Design or Interaction / Digital Design) and must be on track to secure a 2:1 or higher.
What comes next?
- We’ll be shortlisting and sending out links to our online assessments in December 2024/ January 2025.
- Through December 2024 to February 2025, if you've been shortlisted following your online assessment you will be sent an invite to one of our in-person Assessment Centres.
- In-person Assessment Centres will take place from January to April 2025.
- We aim to call all candidates whether successful or unsuccessful a few weeks after the Assessment Centre has taken place.
- All of our apprentices and graduates will start their exciting journeys with a full induction week in September 2025!
