In Major Programmes, we deliver today’s most complex, challenging and iconic infrastructure and transformation programmes. We work with our clients, across multiple sectors, to unlock better social, environmental and economic outcomes. Our dedicated teams have the experience and expertise to integrate and manage the scale, complexity and interdependencies that exist within major programmes. We address global challenges in an integrated way, from urbanisation, climate change, logistics and digital proliferation to security, water scarcity, investment partnerships and mega infrastructure.
Project Control is the analytical process used to manage project time and cost, enabling informed decision-making, and ultimately project success. Our team are responsible for gathering, sorting, analysing and presenting a wide variety of information and project data in addition to planning and scheduling; estimating; cost control; change control; risk management and document management. The role doesn’t require any prior knowledge or experience in these specific areas, as you’ll learn through the programme, but you do need an analytical mind, methodical approach and a desire to positively influence project outcomes.
