Entry requirements
To apply for this role, you need to have completed an undergraduate degree or higher-level qualification by September 2025 and have achieved a 2.1 or higher. If you are in your final year of university study, we are looking for those on track to achieve this.
We are open to applications from those studying any subject. Studying the Pensions Management Institute qualification will require strong mathematical and communication skills.
You will need to have the right to work in the UK after you complete your university study.

Pensions Administration is a key growth area for Isio, and this graduate role offers the opportunity to get more insight and build valuable experience of both technical pension’s knowledge and effective workplace skills.
From day one you will be part of our support team that provides a first-class customer service to pension scheme members.
You will be involved in providing the administration services to a portfolio of pension scheme clients that range in size.
You will be trained how to manage all day-to-day activities across your allocated client portfolio as well as helping to deliver reports and ad-hoc projects.
Your career will develop in line with your abilities and aspiration. Successful graduates will be supported in growing their responsibilities and progressing their career into management and leadership roles.
What you will be doing
You will get the opportunity to develop analytical and problem-solving skills whilst developing your interpersonal skills as part of a team in a professional environment. You will be involved from day one with the work that we do for our clients and members including:
- Calculating member benefits.
- Producing letters, emails and reports based on set templates as well as producing bespoke communications when required.
- Provision of first line call support.
- Prioritising work to ensure delivery in accordance with client Service Level Agreements.
- Processing member and scheme events within targets ensuring compliance with internal standards and scheme and legislative rules.
- Sensitively and accurately assisting members with their queries to ensure we deliver a first-class service.
- Participating in administration specific reports and projects.
Pensions Management Institute (PMI)
