Healthcare Custom help their clients optimise business decisions and provide better healthcare. As the largest team within the Ipsos Healthcare service line, our 100-strong Custom team specializes in ad-hoc market research projects for a diverse range of pharmaceutical companies.
Healthcare custom offer expertise across various therapy areas (e.g. oncology, vaccines, cardiovascular health, diabetes, obesity, rare diseases etc.) and our research methodologies encompass both qualitative and quantitative approaches, providing valuable insights from healthcare professionals and patients alike.
The role
As a Graduate Research Executive, you’ll play a key role working in a team to deliver great studies that have a tangible impact on their brands or products in development. To start, you will join a tailored induction programme specifically introducing you to healthcare market research. These interactive sessions will equip you with core skills to support the team.
Following the induction, supported by your team and manager, you will:
- Be encouraged to take responsibility from the outset working on live projects.
- Work on multiple projects at any one time and have the opportunity to work on both quantitative and qualitative research, including new and innovative methodologies.
- Support your project teams with all steps of the project life cycle, from material design to analysis and reporting.
About you

Successful applicants will move on to a cognitive and personality assessment, followed by a virtual interview with one of our talent partners. The final stage will be an in-person assessment centre at our London office.
