The role

The Client Service team holds the overall relationships with clients across our accounts. From day one, you’ll be working on live projects for some of our clients across a variety of industry sectors. You will gain exposure to a variety of research approaches - quantitative, ad hoc and tracking studies and qualitative, – building research skills whilst also working alongside CX experts delivering in a variety of ways from reports, presentations to data delivery platforms and dashboards. 

Supported by your manager & team, your role will cover: 

  • The end-to-end project life cycle: taking client briefs, working through timelines and costings, questionnaire development, fieldwork management, quality control, and developing insights.  The role is mostly quantitative but there is opportunity to work on qualitative and professional services work too.
  • Working with CX platforms: contribute to platform dashboard design, training materials and user engagements.
  • Analysis and reporting: produce written and visual reports, helping us think about how we can deliver our conclusions and insights in an engaging and creative way; attend and contribute to client presentations.
  • Contribute to overall account success by taking part in quarterly reviews, understanding how projects work financially and shadowing others responding to briefs.
  • Engaging with the latest in CX research and management thinking. Exploring data across a variety of surveys to build on client knowledge and extending the value of their CX platforms.

Successful applicants will move on to a cognitive and personality assessment, followed by a virtual interview with one of our talent partners. The final stage will be an in-person assessment centre at our London office during February and we're looking for candidates to start on the 17th March.
