This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Trainee to gain exposure to the various aspects of clinical research, sites and the pharmaceutical industry. You will an opportunity to play an important role in driving our organisation towards successfully building the premier Global Oncology Site Network.
The Graduate Development programme runs for a period of two years, during which time the Graduate Trainee(s) will rotate through the various departments within the business in the first six months. Following this period, we anticipate that they will have gained sufficient overall experience to join the Finance department on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities
- Journals posting.
- Reviewing invoices and identify discrepancies.
- Enter financial transactions in Oracle.
- Uploading bank statements in oracle.
- Creating and maintaining various spreadsheets.
- Dealing with site and supplier invoices.
- Reconciling accounting data to ensure accuracy.
- Accountable for delivering high quality, accurate work.
- Business curiosity that encompasses Oncacare’s values.
About you
Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate Level in Accounting.
Personal profile
- Intermediate/Advanced IT skills including experience of using Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Strong organisational and planning skills to maintain a busy and diverse work schedule.
- An excellent communicator with good verbal and written communication skills.
- A strong team player but also the ability to work independently.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and use intelligently.
