This vacancy is based at our European Divisional Support Centre (EDSC) in Irvine, Ayrshire.
Key accountabilities
Our 12-to-15month placement will report to a key member of the European Procurement Team. The successful applicant will work in a team responsible for providing the following key responsibilities:
- General administration within the department.
- Updating the Purchasing Systems with new part information.
- Setting up New Vendors.
- Assist Buyers in day-to-day administrative activities.
Knowledge required
- Candidates should be working towards a degree in Commercial or Business Studies related courses.
- Candidates must have good customer focused skills, to enable them to correspond effectively with suppliers.
- Candidates should be able to work enthusiastically and efficiently within a team.
