You’re a proactive self-starter, keen to learn and take advantage of opportunities to do so.

You’re also a team player with a collaborative attitude who builds trusted relationships and is driven by results. You’re familiar with PowerPoint and can use Excel to manage and analyse data, and you want to improve your skills in these and other software and systems.

You’ll also receive training on soft skills such as communication, networking, time management and personal branding.

We’ll show you how technology is transforming treasury management through AI, Distributed Ledger Technology, API, Cloud Services, and Robotic Process Automation. And you’ll learn about transaction banking regulatory environment frameworks, our product suites, and our client-centric approach. The products you’ll learn about are:

  • Liquidity and Investments products – these enable clients to optimise balance sheets, maximise returns and streamline treasury processes. Some examples are Demand and Term Deposits, Notional Pooling and Cash Concentration, Liquidity Management Dashboard, and Cashflow Forecasting.
  • Payments – these enable the collection and disbursement of funds for clients, domestically and across borders, and provide other value-adding services like Real-Time Payments, Virtual Accounts and Omni Channel collections.
  • Cards – these enhance the visibility and control of client’s expenditures, such as with Business and Purchasing Cards.

You’ll also receive training specific to the team you’re placed in, for example, in Payments you’ll learn about the SWIFT network and how banks communicate with one another. You’ll work with the suite of Microsoft Office tools and develop strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, along with confidence in managing stakeholders and your time.

You’ll also gain in-depth technical knowledge about transaction banking. You’ll have plenty of opportunities for continuous learning and people to support you during your time with us so that you’re well prepared for your future.
