What you’ll do

Over the course of eight to ten weeks, you’ll get to

  • Work with supportive and diverse teams on a real business problem that involves protecting, delivering, and enhancing our data and information assets
  • Draw on the knowledge and experience of our seasoned Data Analysts to help you prepare for future opportunities
  • After the internship you’ll have the possibility to transition to our two-year Data Graduate Programme

We welcome students from all degree disciplines and backgrounds, not just those who’ve studied finance-related degrees, or those who have knowledge of banking.

What you’ll learn

We’ll help you develop the technical skills most relevant to your role. We’ll also provide plenty of opportunities to advance your non-technical skills, like communication and collaboration, that will help you move your career forward successfully.

During your time on the programme, you’ll

  • Discover what it takes to become a skilled data practitioner as you learn about areas such as analytics, Cloud, Machine Learning and AI
  • Benefit from training designed to enhance your fundamental skills and knowledge, including data movement, governance, management, regulatory and MI reporting
  • Have plenty of other opportunities to develop your skills, and people to support you along the way, ensuring that you’re well prepared for the future
