Over the course of eight to ten weeks, you’ll get to
- Work with supportive and diverse teams on a real business problem that involves designing and rolling out controls and technologies to protect against cyber attacks
- Use your creativity to conduct root cause analysis and proactively troubleshoot unknown issues
- Consider how we could automate existing manual processes, then support the design and development of these projects with security recommendations
- Draw on the knowledge and experience of cybersecurity specialists to help you prepare for future opportunities
- After the internship you’ll have the possibility to transition to our two-year Cyber Graduate Programme

What you'll learn
We’ll help you develop the technical skills most relevant to your role. We’ll also provide plenty of opportunities to advance your non-technical skills, like communication and collaboration, that will help you move your career forward successfully.
During your time on the programme, you’ll
- Hone your skills in vulnerability assessment and penetration testing as you test new IT systems against rigorous security standards
- Learn about network and software security, as well as security information and event management, and how to complete security assessments and audits
- Develop an Agile, DevOps and SecDevOps mind-set, and specific skills in computational thinking by using technology to tackle problems as they arise
- Become well-versed in security incident response services, risk management and compliance, identify and access management, and cryptography
- Have plenty of other opportunities to develop your skills, and people to support you along the way, ensuring that you’re well prepared for the future
