Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation of project plans, encompassing scope, financial projections, timelines, and risk management strategies, ensuring adherence to execution best practices and Hitachi Energy policies.
  • Efficiently track and manage project advancement and resource allocation.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of contract, claims, and procurement management. Guarantee consistent application of contract and claims management in line with HE policies and contractual terms. Collaborate with Supply Chain Management to secure necessary services, materials, and equipment for the project from both external and internal sources. Aid Supply Chain Management in negotiation, claims, and project modifications.
  • Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication with all parties involved.
  • Health, safety, and environment (HSE): Certify that the project is in compliance with the company's health, safety, and environmental policies.

Background
