General Games Operations Competencies

  • Has strong interpersonal skills.
  • Has outstanding communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Support external suppliers and internal stakeholders (including logistics teams) to deliver against agreed production and promotional timeline.
  • Captures and tracks the project status and financial performance.
  • Has analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Has some knowledge in promotional marketing, project management, loyalty campaign management or operations management.
  • Spanish or French language skills would be a bonus

Project Tasks

  • Assist with the monitoring and tracking of budgets; keeping internal stakeholders updated on changes.
  • Working with external teams to ensure deliveries are on schedule and meet production needs
  • Assist with the monitoring and tracking of production volumes by campaign; keeping them up to date and informing relevant stakeholders of any changes.
  • Review all promotional packaging and point of purchase (POP) collateral to ensure relevance to the campaign requirements.
  • Dealing with ad hoc requests from internal stakeholders, clients, suppliers and other third parties.
  • Participating in the customer service set up, prize handling and fulfilment documentation, and briefing external teams/resource as required.
  • Working closely with handling and fulfilment aspects once the activity is live including: answering customer care queries where you can promptly, and escalating to your line manager as required ensuring key stakeholders are aware.

Third-party and Client Relationship Managements

  • Support with the day to day contact with various suppliers including: presentations, create documentation for label production and testing, shipment, production and load planning and weekly status calls.
  • Attending client and legal status calls focused on security and operations.
  • Review and feedback of third-party documentations and campaign collateral

Legal

  • Participate in the development and review of game rules, abridge rules and all contracts and agreements through liaising with internal and client stakeholders.

Financial

  • Being comfortable with numbers, following process and suggesting internal tracking systems
  • Support to raise POs against supplier quotes/invoices in line with approved budgets and raise invoices for relevant projects as necessary.
  • Carry out weekly project reconciliation to monitor and track actuals versus forecasted spend
