This is an amazing opportunity to kick off your media career by joining our AV team in an entry level position.
The AV team is responsible for planning, booking, buying and monitoring video advertising on TV, VOD, cinema, audio (including Spotify and podcasts) and CTV (including Netflix) on behalf of our clients. Our client portfolio includes the likes of Dominos, Bumble, Hyundai, Kia, Dreams, Matalan, Studio Canal, Dolce & Gabbana and many more.
The AV team is made up of 6 teams, each usually made up of a Director, a Manager and two execs. Each team is responsible for a different set of clients.
No experience is required as full training will be given but strong numeracy and communication skills are a must along with an interest in media and advertising.

Responsibilities include
Client
- Develop professional and trusted relationships with your clients and accommodate their requirements
- Demonstrate passion, pride, and professionalism to delight your clients & evangelise about the power and effectiveness of audio visual media
- Ensure accurate delivery of campaigns to brief and manage market fluctuations
- Interrogate and understand the client’s business and ensure that delivery across broadcast media supports and delivers a return to client
- Show rigour and attention to detail when buying vs plan and agreed KPIs (quality metrics, value stretches on audited clients)
Business
- Build a solid understanding of the different markets within AV media (TV/Cinema/Audio/BVOD) and opportunities within it . Be confident in discussing these marketplace nuances with clients and internally
- Learn about the different elements of the AV solution (e.g. buying TV, booking and tracking BVOD, planning and buying Linear and digital audio, planning and buying Cinema)
- Learn, Understand and Adhere to all team process (e.g. Tuesday buyers meeting, Weekly Trackers, Nick share movement request, PYO’s etc, Reccies )
- Build cohesive and effective relationships with media owners – making sure you build rapport through face to face meetings and phone calls
- Keep campaign ‘front sheets’ up to date and use them to monitor and optimise AV campaigns
- Take ownership of campaign admin. Including: booking, tagging, tracking, and post campaign reporting
- Ensuring bookings are put on Sync correctly and within deadline – crucial to ensuring profitability for the company
- Take time to interrogate and understand the ‘whys’ of any campaign delivery variance, e.g. marketplace inflation, updating costs, programme conversions etc
