We have an exciting placement opportunity within the Online Trading team. The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Online Trading team.
About the role
In this role you will be supporting with the competitor landscape, visual merchandising of seasonal product pages, efficient management of product calendars and supporting the online process to ensure customer journey is prioritized. You will also:
- Use web analytics data from Google Analytics to identify insights and actions from the reports.
- Use data to analyse customer journey and help the assistant trading manager in actioning changes based on findings
- Conduct competitor site reviews and highlighting discrepancies/gaps on our own site
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Online Trading Manager and Assistant Manager
About you
The candidate should demonstrate the ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment where teamwork is key. The role requires an efficient administrative professional who is detail-oriented, accurate, highly organised, flexible and reliable with the drive to develop a career in luxury retailing. You will also have the following:
- General interest in e-commerce retailing and fashion
- Good social media knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Knowledge of Google Analytics
