Join the Sustainability Team in London for a 12 month industrial placement, starting in July 2025.

Are you a student who is in their 2nd year at University looking to kick start your career in Sustainability and Social Impact? You will have the opportunity to work directly with and learn from an experienced team who will support you to reach your full potential.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting reporting of reach and impact of our social impact initiatives
- Working with Haleon’s strategic partners on community investment and charitable giving initiatives
- Support with Haleon’s thought leadership work and research on Health Inclusivity
- Support with Employee Engagement, such as arranging talks, events or internal communications.
- Managing activities that make up Haleon’s human rights programme and contribute to human rights due diligence initiatives.
Education requirements
Currently studying for your Undergraduate Degree Preferably in International Studies, International Development, Global Studies, International politics/economics or Human Geography.
You must be in your 2nd year of study (England) or 3rd year of study (Scotland) and seeking to complete a year in industry in partnership with your university. Please ensure the role is suitable for your placement year.

Application process
The application process has a total of up to 4 stages:
- Application – information will be required regarding your education and Right to Work.
- Online Assessment – you will be asked to complete a behavioural based online assessment/interview.
- Telephone Screening – if selected you will be contacted by an Early Talent Partner to discuss your application and motivation for joining Haleon.
- Interview – if selected you will be invited to attend a virtual interview; The interview will consist of a competency-based interview and may include a case study/technical exercise.
- Offer – candidates will receive an outcome within 2 weeks following interview.
