Join our Global Sensodyne & Pronamel Communications Team, based in Weybridge, for a 12-month industrial placement, starting July 2025.

Join our Global Sensodyne & Pronamel Communications Team, where the culture is dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative. In this role, you’ll work alongside a broad network of internal teams and agency partners, contributing to brand communications for Sensodyne and Pronamel from strategy through to production. 

As an Industrial Placement student, you’ll play a key role in shaping the brand's presence on our owned digital channels, especially focusing on improving our website experience and enhancing product content for e-commerce. In our team, you’ll jump right into important workstreams, helping make a difference for Sensodyne and Pronamel. This is a hands-on opportunity to grow your skills and make an impact from day one!

Throughout your placement, you’ll have the opportunity to: 

  • Dive into Brand Strategy: Gain insights into our brand strategy and discover how digital plays a vital role in every step of the consumer journey.
  • Spot Opportunities and Make an Impact: Identify content and experience gaps, then build creative plans to address them.
  • Lead Creative Briefs: Develop briefs and work with agency partners and internal teams to create engaging content and memorable experiences.
  • Navigate the Process: Collaborate closely with team members to guide your content through the internal approval stages.
  • Shape Big Ideas: Contribute to business strategies that drive Haleon’s most prominent global brands.
  • Gain Real Marketing Experience: Work hands-on with agencies and media partners to develop strong brand marketing skills.
  • Grow Key Skills: Develop a range of skills, from communication and influence to innovative, whole-brain thinking.
  • Build a Global Perspective: Learn about different cultures through your work with diverse markets and global teams.

Education requirements

  • We welcome applicants from all degrees, however, degrees in a Business Studies, Business Management, Marketing, Business Analytics are particularly advantageous for this placement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) with strong data analysis skills, a quick learner who excels in both leadership and team roles, and well-organised with solid project management, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
  • If you are studying for your Undergraduate Degree, you must be in your 2nd year of study (England) or 3rd year of study (Scotland) and seeking to complete a year in industry in partnership with your university.
  • Please ensure the role is suitable for your placement year.

Application process

The application process has a total of up to 4 stages:

  • Application: You will need to provide information about your education and Right to Work status.
  • Online Assessment: You will complete an online assessment that includes an interview.
  • Recruiter Screening: If selected, an Early Talent Partner will contact you to discuss your application and motivation for joining Haleon.
  • Interview: If shortlisted, you will be invited to a virtual interview, which will include a competency-based interview and may involve a case study or technical exercise.
  • Offer: Candidates will be notified of the outcome within two weeks of the interview

Interviews will be held in November/December 2024
