- Learn foundation of master data, supply chain planning processes, wider Quality & Supply Chain organisation processes, and more.

- Work with cross-functional partners spanning from Supply Chain Planning to Quality
- Participate in key priority initiatives in direct supporting roles
- Hone soft skills, including workshop facilitation, presentations to senior leaders, and more
- Dedicate time and support to own your development plan

Education requirements
- We welcome applications from all degree disciplines, however degrees in Data Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Supply Chain, Operations, or Industrial Engineering are particularly advantageous for this graduate programme.
- If you have a strong analytical skillset and a data-driven mindset, this graduate programme could be a great fit for your expertise.
Please note for Graduate roles you must have graduated by August 2025 and provided proof of Degree.

Application process
The application process has a total of up to 4 stages:
- Application: You will need to provide information about your education and Right to Work status.
- Online Assessment: You will complete an online assessment that includes an interview.
- Recruiter Screening: If selected, an Early Talent Partner will contact you to discuss your application and motivation for joining Haleon.
- Interview: If shortlisted, you will be invited to a virtual interview, which will include a competency-based interview and a case study or technical exercise.
- Offer: Candidates will be notified of the outcome within two weeks of the interview
Interviews will be held in November/December 2024
