Join our Global Consumer Relations Team at Haleon based in London, for a 12-week summer internship, starting in June 2025.

Global Consumer Relations connects consumers and colleagues to ensure no consumer story is left unheard. The role is dynamic and global in scope. We think the most exciting aspect of this role is the opportunity to explore, build and support recommendations of new solutions & processes or improvements of the existing ones.

The summer internship programme offers an opportunity to bring fresh perspectives and new talent to help us address strategic priorities for Global Consumer Relations. These priorities include:

  • Oversight and delivery of effective and efficient consumer care services.
  • Being a reliable, and resourceful partner to our global Haleon colleagues.
  • Drive innovation of consumer care services and technology products

Throughout your internship, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Assist with analysing content needs for both consumers and consumer care agents.
  • Ensuring content is up to date and aligned with Haleon’s tone of voice.
  • Contribute to enhancing overall consumer satisfaction and services.
  • Summarise findings into written narratives/presentations.
  • Communicate trends and findings relevant to the operational performance of Consumer Relations, consumer contact preferences and business priorities.
  • Support change projects with value potential and impact assessments. 

Education requirements

  • We welcome applicants from all degree disciplines; however, degrees in Communications, Management studies, Psychology, or design are particularly advantageous for this internship.
  • If you are studying for your Undergraduate Degree, you must be in your 2nd year of study (England) or 3rd year of study (Scotland)

Role Start Date: June 2025

Application process

The application process has a total of up to 4 stages:

  • Application: You will need to provide information about your education and Right to Work status.
  • Online Assessment: You will complete an online assessment that includes an interview.
  • Recruiter Screening: If selected, an Early Talent Partner will contact you to discuss your application and motivation for joining Haleon.
  • Interview: If shortlisted, you will be invited to a virtual interview, which will include a competency-based interview and may involve a case study or technical exercise.
  • Offer: Candidates will be notified of the outcome within two weeks of the interview

Interviews will be held in November/December 2024
