  • Must be a driver with own car
  • Ready to undergo Security Clearance with MOD

Now, let's dive into the role

You'll work closely with the Nuclear Services Authorisation Group (NSAG), a key player in maintaining safety & compliance standards for docked nuclear submarines and nuclear weapon processing.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring safety & compliance protocols are followed
  • Reviewing and approving method statements and safety documentation
  • Ensuring compliance with stated constraints and regulations
  • Seeking executive authority prior to commencement of works
  • Coordinating with subcontractors and monitoring progress
  • Maintaining accurate records of completed works
  • Producing reports on compliance testing
  • Handling complaints and technical issues relating to compliance
  • Explaining and defining compliance protocols and measures to stakeholders and relevant authorities
  • Instituting best-practice procedures for compliance and risk mitigation
