The Goldman Sachs Trader Academy, the first of its kind in the region and industry, provides women students in their penultimate year of studies the opportunity to learn more about trading over three onsite training days. The aim is to upskill and prepare women into future trading roles.

The Trader Academy is an interactive three month programme, open to all degree backgrounds and is designed to introduce students to the financial world through hands on experience.

If you are analytically minded and interested in learning more about trading, we encourage you to apply to our Trader Academy, available to women graduating in 2024, eligible for our 2023 Global Markets Summer Internship. Through a combination of experiential learning, work shadowing and mentorship, you will develop existing strengths, learn from our professionals and build confidence, providing the ideal launch pad for a career in the financial markets.

  • 3 day insight academy aimed at equipping you for a career in trading
  • Training days at our London office, including experience on the Trading floor
  • Learning and engagement from market leading training providers
  • Participation in the Trader Academy mentorship programme
  • Interested candidates will also be considered for the 2023 Global Markets Summer Internship
