Overview of job

The purpose of this role is to provide day to day operations and services of the team and thereby ensure the correct implementation and delivery of all digital audio, display, mobile and video advertising campaigns.

This role plays a key role in ensuring the services of the team result in high levels of customer satisfaction, higher digital client spend and minimal campaign delivery issues.

This role will support the existing AdOps Execs day to day.

Measures of success

In the first few months, you would have:

  • Been fully trained in the DAX booking flow
  • Been fully trained in how to use the DAX Booking Systems
  • Set up some DAX Filler campaigns
  • Been given responsibility for a particular task/s e.g. Daily reporting

Responsibilities of the role

  • Working with other members of the Digital Advertising Operations Team to assist in the management of all digital audio, display, app and mobile campaigns
  • Manage the Teamwork queue ensuring tickets are assigned correctly
  • Assist the Ops Execs by sourcing and distributing Audio to the team
  • Managing the Enterprise campaigns across DAX and Display
  • Ensuring standard daily reporting is completed for the team
  • Manager Audio Filler Campaigns and monitoring delivery
  • Monitoring and optimising all campaigns across DAX and Display to ensure both revenue and performance can be maximised and meet agreed client KPIs
  • Supporting the Execs on their allocated Patches where needed
  • Participating in operations, ad technology and other internal and external projects which drive the revenue and goals of Global and DAX

  • Graduate wanting to get experience within Digital Advertising
  • Ability to work in a very fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills
  • Organised & patient with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Confident using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
