We are looking for an Intern to join us and start their journey to become a Service Delivery Analyst to work on GE Vernova electrification software solution used for energy management systems in the world.
The role will require to work in various fields like: Application support processes, System Monitoring, Hardware maintenance and Software development. The scope of work is expected to be, but not limited to:
- Review and Improve current ITIL procedures.
- Analysis and Improvement of Software delivery lifecycle
- Trace and Investigate problems with the support of Subject Matter Experts (SME)
Minimum requirements
- Working towards a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering
- Programming skills: C/C++, Java, Python, Scripting
- Knowledge of LINUX OS, Oracle
- Good communication skills
- Good, adaptable team worker, eager to learn and develop.
- Ability and confidence to work independently.
Eligibility requirements
- Must be willing to attend the office (Wokingham) a minimum of three days per week.
- Legal right to work in the UK is required. We will be unable to sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for these roles.
- Graduating between December 2024 and August 2027 and able to commit to a 12-month internship starting June/July 2025
