The role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Litigation Assistant to join our team at Strata Solicitors. As a Litigation Assistant, you will be responsible for opening claims on the case management system, conducting initial enquiries, and making telephone calls to clients, third parties, and their motor insurers.
How you'll make an impact
- Open claims on the case management system and conduct initial enquiries.
- Make telephone calls to clients, third parties, and their motor insurers.
- Work within and support the team in achieving and maintaining full compliance with all office protocols, client service level agreements, and client "key performance indicators".
- Ensure full compliance with all office protocols, client service level agreements, and client "key performance indicators" on all own handled claims.
- Assist in general team administrative duties.
