How you'll make an impact

As an Analyst within the Multinational Benefits & Mobility practice you will be immersed in all aspects of client work and internal service delivery for a varied and international client base from early in your career, including:

  • Performing benefits inventory, data collection and analytical work, in addition to drafting client reports and assisting with preparing client presentations.
  • Creation of deliverables including but not limited to; renewal reports, employee benefit summaries, benchmarking and analysis reports, and other documentation related to the management of client’s global benefit programs.
  • Working in conjunction with client service team and local in-country partners, design and implement new local benefit plans, or modify existing programs to help ensure compliance with local requirements and alignment with client’s desired market position.
  • Provide on-going support with client project management including but not limited to; conference calls, creation of meeting notes, webinars and email correspondence with corporate, regional and local HR and/or finance teams, brokers, carriers, and other applicable vendor partners.
