Role responsibilities

  • Support and report to the Project manager on project costs and ensure allocated budgets are maintained
  • Attend regular Capital Projects Team and Tier meetings
  • Support the good working relationships with the customers and subcontractors involved in delivering the projects
  • Manage projects risks and support the implementation as per the agreed mitigation strategy
  • Proactively highlights risk including but not limited to safety, budget, schedule and quality
  • Provide the technical detail to subcontractors to enable them to provide a quotation

Qualifications and experience

  • Engineering/science dregree
  • Experience within a multi-disciplinary capital department
  • Experience of delivering engineering & construction projects
  • Experience of writing robust policies and procedures
  • Stakeholder management and customer engagement
