The role
Frasers Group currently have an opportunity for a Retail Marketing Assistant to join us at our Head Office in Shirebrook on a Placement Year.
- Assisting the wider retail marketing team with organisation and implementation of key marketing objectives
- Implementing, overseeing and analysing retail marketing campaigns, including store openings/closures
- Ensuring all store openings run smoothly, from pre-opening, to POS, to opening event and post-opening support
- Communicating relevant marketing information support at retail level
- Developing marketing plans and strategies to drive the business forward
- Compiling, reviewing and actioning store marketing requests
- Maintaining and updating the in-store music system
- Managing the seasonal digital screen updates
- Maintaining the individual store window guide information
- Maintaining marketing administration for the department
Qualifications
Essential skills
- Studying a Marketing related degree
- Communication skills and able to build effective working relationships
- Skilled organiser and administrator with excellent attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure, juggle priorities and work towards deadlines
- Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Innovative and a forward thinker
- Looking to develop a career with a global commercial business
