What does our Futures Program involve?

The Futures Program is a full time, two-year rotational development program for high potential applicants starting their professional careers and provides exposure to different areas of our business.

These areas of business include ‘Investment Management’ (includes: Research, Portfolio Management & Trading), ‘Global Advisory Services’ (includes: Sales, Distribution & Marketing) and business areas that support these two functions. Your development is a key goal of the program and is achieved through engagement in purposeful work, networking and mentoring.

An ideal Futures Associate is curious, thrives in research and problem solving, strives to grow as a keen learner, and wants to make a positive impact on our business. Futures Associates come from a wide range of backgrounds and bring with them a unique perspective that when applied to solving difficult problems allows them to propose thoughtful and novel solutions.

Ready for an opportunity unlike anything else?

How it Works

The programme consists of six 4-month rotations within different departments. Each rotation promotes career development and fosters professional acumen through contributions to the goals of the department.

Development consists of on-the-job experience and a wide variety of robust training and networking opportunities. After the two-year period, the programme aims to place Associates into a permanent role.
