Achieve is our vacation scheme, specifically designed for individuals from underrepresented groups within the UK workforce.
As such, successful individuals are invited to attend a series of skills masterclasses providing insights into different areas of law, as well as developing their practical employability skills, prior to joining on day one.
They will then take part in a week's paid work experience, providing individuals with the opportunity to gain valuable insights into the firm, practical experience, and professional skills development. Successful candidates will typically gain hands-on experience being based in one team for a series of days with the support of an allocated supervisor and buddy.
On the final day (Friday) of each programme, individuals will complete a training contract assessment. Further details of what this involves can be found in the assessment and selection section of this briefing document.
Key dates
This year's Achieve programme will run from our Bristol office on Monday 7 April 2025 - Friday 11 April 2025.
