Role overview

We are seeking passionate and innovative Graduate Analyst Developers to join our team. In this role, you will be essential in developing and maintaining cutting-edge applications that support the financial services and wealth management industry. You will participate in a variety of software support and development projects, collaborating closely with clients to deliver innovative software solutions that help them achieve their business goals.

Role responsibilities

As a Graduate Software Developer at FNZ, you will:

  • Develop solutions based on the technical designs provided by Solutions Architects and Senior Developers.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Architects and Senior Developers to resolve challenges encountered during development.
  • Ensure that all developments meet FNZ coding standards and perform code reviews.
  • Execute Unit Tests to validate technical, functional, and business requirements.
  • Maintain documentation in line with established standards.
  • Work with Testing teams to understand solutions and testing requirements.
  • Investigate and diagnose support issues with guidance from experienced developers.
  • Coordinate with the implementation/release team during projects and minor changes.
  • Provide feedback on projects and support work to contribute to the continuous improvement of the team and FNZ.

Experience required

We are looking for candidates who are:

  • Degree-educated in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or Engineering).
  • Confident and proactive in a delivery-focused environment.
