As the UK’s leading supplier of Pool and Spa products, we are looking someone to join our Heating & Ventilation (H&V) office based Sales Team.

The role

In this exciting opportunity you will act as a support to our customers providing technical advice around our Heating & Ventilation products for swimming pools.

The office based Sales team play an important role building and maintaining relationships with our customers, suggesting related and new items, explaining technical features to reach a positive and satisfactory resolution ensuring that they deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

Your responsibilities

  • Speaking directly with customers via telephone and email concerning product queries and the finalisation of any details
  • Interpret and take measurements and details from architects’ drawings and or CAD (or equivalent) in order to make the necessary calculations for specifying equipment (using in house built software)
  • Provide accurate and detailed written and verbal quotations
  • Liase with internal departments (Customer Service/Distribution) to ensure deliveries are managed in a timely manner
  • Use internal system to monitor stock levels
  • The ability to assist in other areas of the business when / where necessary, having a versatile skillset and adaptability is a plus.
  • To be very active in assisting and ensuring profitable business and business achieving targeted monthly sales

About you

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following:

  • Either have a Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in engineering, sciences, or mechanical engineering or previous experience in the HVAC industry
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role
  • A confident, natural leader and problem solver with demonstrated critical thinking and collaboration skills
  • Highly organised with excellent time management
  • Customer focused with a can do attitude
  • Strong command of English language and good communication skills.

What’s in it for you?

  • A salary range of £27,000-£31,000 based on your experience
  • 25 days holiday which increases up to a maximum of 28 days per annum + bank holidays
