Fitch Solutions is currently seeking a Commercial Associate based out of our London office.
Fitch Solutions provides data, research and analytics that help clients excel at managing their credit risk, offer deep insight into the debt investment market, and provide comprehensive intelligence about the macroeconomic environment.
All available on our platforms Fitch Ratings Pro and BMI, which are designed and built using our credit, macro and industry expertise to help you make more informed decisions.
We’ll count on you to
- Embody an integral part of the support structure for Fitch Solutions accounts
- Learn to drive value and adoption of the Fitch Ratings Pro and BMI platforms across a subset of key clients within our book of business
- Communicate through verbal and written format about the Fitch Ratings Pro and BMI platforms to optimize the experience of clients
- Develop a keen and comprehensive understanding of the Fintech landscape as it applies to Fitch Solutions’ product offerings and market positionality
What you need to have
- Be a September 2024 – September 2025 graduate
- Resourceful and detail-oriented with a team-player attitude
- Able to deal with difficult situations professionally and calmly
- Strong, clear, and concise communication, both verbal and written
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with great organizational skills

What we offer
- 12-month program including 4 weeks of initial onboarding training and following this, in-depth, ongoing training, mentoring, project work and assessment. Participants will be supported throughout the program by a dedicated program manager.
- The program offers an ideal experience for recent graduates who are interested in pursuing a financial technology career and wish to work in a dynamic client-facing role.
- Selected participants can expect to receive exceptional in-depth training in a diverse peer environment built on inclusiveness, experiential learning, and development in business areas such as Customer Success, Client Services, Marketing and Sales.
- In addition, participants can also look forward to a curated program that includes networking events, exploration of Fitch’s commitment to community service, direct one-to-one mentorship, coaching and further educational and professional development.
